If you're like me and constantly worry about body odours, especially mouth odour, and you want to have fresh breath all day long, all you've got to do is floss your teeth with toothpaste in the morning. Flossing your teeth first thing in the morning is actually a productive habit to do, but it can boost your confidence because your teeth will stay in healthy conditions. So what I like to do here every morning before brushing my teeth is put a little bit of toothpaste on the floss, and then I floss my teeth as usual. This is going to encourage a deeper clean between the gaps and give you super fresh breath. Flossing in the morning helps you to loosen up the bacteria, plaque, and other residue between your teeth that has built up overnight, and it stops smells from other foods from sinking into your breath. Plus, I feel so confident in myself because my mouth always feels super clean and smells super fresh for the rest of the day, so I don't have to be worried about stinky breath.

Before taking my morning shower, I've been doing meditation as a way to increase my productivity, reduce procrastination and inflammation in the body, and also boost my self-love. So all I do is sit down in a quiet place, close my eyes, and focus on my breathing. While I do this, I do my positive affirmations for the day. One of my favourites is Every day above ground is a good day. I'd really like to think about the meaning of these words so they can stick with me. When you meditate for 20 minutes in the morning, it can help you to limit your wandering so you'll make better decisions, which can reduce the amount of stress, and as a result, you'll find yourself procrastinating less often. Less stress can improve the quality of your skin and AIDS. This simple Act of meditation makes me feel so weightless, like a way to just lift my shoulders. I also feel very happy and grateful, and it gets me ready to start my day.

Washing my body is an important step in my morning skincare routine, so a super useful productive beauty tip is to double cleanse your body to remove dirt, exfoliate, and smell good after. There is something about showering every day that makes me feel so productive and beautiful, like I'm ready to conquer the world when I do it, and if I skip it, I feel like a mess and very aware of the fact that I might smell, which triggers my anxiety about the moon, which is not good. What I like to do to ensure baby soft skin and a deeper clean every day is to use an exfoliating glove with any body wash, and when I clean, I always focus on my back, armpit creases, and feet because these are the places where this unwanted residue tends to stack a little bit more, and then I rinse and repeat the same wash one more time.

Another productive beauty tip is to cover your body with Vaseline after shower moisturising your body daily is another productive beauty habit that not a lot of us remember to do but oh boy when you do it consistently you feel like an amazonian goddess ready to start your 1 billion company after this method with vaseline is going to prevent air conditioner or humidity drying out your skin so what you're gonna do is right after you shower to lock in the moisture you're gonna mix some lotion with a little bit of amount of vaseline in this way and once you have this creamy paste you're gonna apply all over your body especially focus on the elbows chest back legs and feet which are the parts of your body that tends to dry faster once you're done you're gonna feel your skin so soft and moisturised and definitely this filling will put you in the right mindset to begin your day with tonnes of confidence.  

I suffer from acne spots and bumpy skin you know these things are very stubborn to get rid of it so if you deal with the same my next productive  beauty tip is to use vitamin C in your morning skincare routine part of feeling productive during my day also involves taking care of my skin regularly so what I do in the morning after washing my face on dry skin I apply a full pump of my vitamin C serum all over my face including my eyelids lips ears neck and hands then I wait for one minute to get it absorbed and after this I follow up with sunscreen there are studies showing the mindful skincare routine can improve your mental health by reducing cortisol levels and this can definitely boost your self-esteem and I don't know if it's just me but doing my skincare daily makes me feel accomplished super calmed and extremely happy after some mornings.

I usually warm up my oil before I apply it, and I will recommend you do the same, especially if you have low porosity hair. If you're not conditioning your hair after shampooing even if you use a sulphate free shampoo you're  gonna experience extremely dry hair so never skip it for me this is the most important step in treating dry hair because this is the point where you can repair by adding hydration and moisture to your hair right away however it is surprising how many people still don't know how to condition their hair which can definitely lead you to tonnes of dryness because hair is not absorbing when body needs to stay moisturised after shampoo so when it's time to condition we're gonna do the squish  chicken dish technique and this is how you do it on straight hair so first we're gonna remove the excess water by gently squeezing the water with your hands like this we're only gonna repeat this twice you don't want to apply conditioner when your hair is soaking wet because it will kind of slip off but with this method you want to leave a little bit of water on the hair and now you're gonna cover the lengths and the ends of your hair with conditioner or a hair mask and once your  hair is coated you're gonna begin to gently squeeze your hair all the way down in this exact way and this would be the sound your hair should make I repeat this squishy movement five times  on each side then I cover and leave it on for 10 minutes before rinsing it out with cold water. 

This method not only helps to coat each strand to lock in moisture also forces hydration from water to bond with the hair when you do this I find this super useful to do it when I experience brittle hair or dry ends in summer now if you have curly wavy hair the technique is a little bit different in this case instead of only squeezing you're going to flip your hair upside down and  then using gentle motion you're going to scrunch your hair up and squeeze them repeatedly every time you collect the water or scrunch the sound should be the same and once you're done you rinse and style your hair as usual the way you take care of your hair after your hair wash is a crucial step in maintaining soft towel moisturised hair so my next dry hair tip is using a microfiber towel to seal moisture The most damaging way to towel dry your hair is when you use a regular towel and you rub it vigorously against your hair. This will roughen up the cuticles, and with this, the moisture is more likely to escape, causing you dryness and breakage over time. Instead, if you use a hair towel, this allows you to manipulate your wet hair as gently as possible. So after a shower, what you're going to do first is squeeze a little bit of the excess water, and then using your hair towel, you're going to squeeze one more time like this before you cover your hair with the hair towel. 

I'm going to give you another important dry hair tip I wish I knew earlier, which is to apply your leave-in conditioner and hair serum before you cover your hair. livingston hair serums are the ones who are going to help you to retain moisture after washing a leave-in conditioner works on forming a barrier around your hair adding moisture and a hair serum  seals that barrier so that the moisture doesn't escape and your hair doesn't end up drying out so I used to apply this product after leaving my microfiber towel for15 minutes but what I do now is to apply the products right away and then I cover my hair with the hair towel as usual and  this combination locks and seal the moisture much better than applying the products after because the hair towel acts as a steamer and allows the products to go in much better and the difference is out of this world when I'm suffering with dry hair or want to air dry I do this hack and my hair dries out not looking greasy or puffy it just looks so healthy and shiny afterwards during the week on the days and you don't wash your hair.

It is important to protect the moisture as much as possible, so my next dry hair tip for healthy hair is to shower with a microfiber towel to prevent dryness. the best thing you can do to protect your hair from the seam of the shower is to cover your hair with a microfiber tell the steam from the shower dehydrates your hair and when it has  contact with your strands it lifts the cuticle allowing the moisture from your hair to escape and as a result your hair can become more prone to be frizzy puffy and dry and all these things can actually break your hair so the way I do this is pretty simple before hopping in the shower I cover my hair with one of these microfiber towels I make sure to cover all the hairline to avoid flyaways and then I shower as usual microfiber towels work effectively in preventing dryness because the fabric is what it ends up absorbing all the Steam and not your hair so this is another reason why you should have one of these and once I'm done with my shower I only take off the towel until there is no more seam left because if you do it right away then your hair will end up absorbing the Steam and we want to prevent that to happen.

Sometimes when you do the hair strength test sometimes the hair snaps but it also if you look at the hair and it looks like gummy like a funny texture that also means your lack of moisture and protein and something that you can do at this point is to have a hair mask that provides moisture and protein at the same time there are a few ones in the market but one of my favourite ones the yoghurt one this one right here and now that I'm thinking about it I don't know why I don't have it also another thing that I forgot to say in this article is that I like to do this hair strand test every other week just to make sure that my hair still has the right amount of moisture protein to save balance to  stay healthy

 I feel crusty. I'm missing nails. I haven't shaved in like two weeks. I haven't washed my hair in 10 days. At this point, I'm a mess. You get the point. So in this article, I'm going to take you on a journey. So I'm going to wax and shave. I'm going to do my nails because there are messes. I'm going to do my hair because I haven't done anything for my hair for the past two weeks. From head to toe, I'm going to try to glow up myself now that the summer has just started. The reason I haven't been able to take care of myself for the past two weeks is because my husband has been sick. When men get sick, they're so useless. I don't get it. I love my husband, okay, but he just becomes completely useless. I always like something else. Your Majesty, this is literally me all the time when I get sick. You know what I get? A kiss in the head and there You know, we're always hanging out here where I poop. What I'm going to do is put some treatment on my hair. My hair is so gross.

I'm going to join Sarah hundred. I was only seven dollars, and it's supposed to be very similar to all the plaques and bomb trimming, and the reason I'm using this product is because, you know, with this protein treatment, I need to shampoo first. I don't want to show you how I wash my hair because we have done it a lot of times, right? I'm not saying it's enough times today. I'm going to give you a break. It's got another baby skull shampoo. I really like this product. Ah, now I never forget to detangle my hair before washing or anything, but I did this time. I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't like it, but I like it. If you ever go to detangle your hair when it's wet, at least have conditioner or a type of creamy treatment like this. It glides easily and doesn't break when it's wet.

If you want to brush it gross during summer, I usually wax my bikini area. These are the wax strips that I'm going to be using. They're really good. They hurt you the same way that walking hurts you. It's about time. First, before you wax, you need to like clean your skin so it doesn't have oil or creams or stuff like that on it. I find waxing my bikini area easier standing. I tried laying on the bed, but I knew it was not good. Okay, you just stand on your ground and act like a full-grown woman and just rip it off.

Wake up wondering where I am if I'm in Costa Rica or in the United States anyways. I'm going to use this beloved champagne grapes and rose bath bomb. This is a bath bomb, so I'm doing a bath time to relax my legs to relax myself too, but also because I want to use a hamang glove, so I just need my skin to be a little bit soaked, like soft, before I remove all that dead skin.

My nose has a lot of blackheads; it's kind of gross. I haven't done like a deep cleaning on my face, so I'm going in with the carbonated bubble clay mask. Oh, this is something that I've been wanting to try for years. That's exactly how I imagined this bubble mask would look like a bee. I love it from looking cute and bubbly to looking terrifying. Oh, I do. I look like a melting way. Oh, what a fail.

All right, here's the hamang glove. This is a new hamang glove that I just bought from Natural Elephant. When I need to do like a deep, deep exfoliation, this is the stuff that I love to use right now. I'm not seeing any dead skin. All I'm seeing is red skin. Oh, I'm seeing it. Girl, you see all that stuff. Oh, that was last winter. I'm still going to exfoliate more now.

I'm gonna go in with three hot vitamins C. I love how my skin looks after it's so bright, so I'm just going to grab a good amount. This sugar scrub also has alpha hydrostic acid, which is a chemical exfoliator, and I like to use it on my armpits before I shave so that I prevent ingrown hairs. Look at the brightness on my skin. This is what I'm taking a bath with when I go to Target to shop for self-care products. My husband always drops me off and like picks me up three hours later because that's who I am. I love to shop at Target. I'm a water person. I don't know why I said that my feet are so crusty. The wanam on the back touches my sheets and makes sounds. That's how bad and nasty my feet are. So I'm going to use this foot file that tickles. There's a lot of stuff in there that I was just saving for later.

Since I was in high school, school started on Monday, so every Sunday I'll take that time to glow up myself a little bit. Mama used to tease me because every Sunday she'd open the door and she'd come in and I'd have like an egg face mask and I'd be like, "So dry you just drive." That was a good thing about my mom; she never made me feel bad about wasting her eggs. Look at all the dead skin. Don't ask me how long I've been in this shower. Okay, so now I'm going to shade, so I'm going to go in with Gillette Venus. This is the extra smooth; it is for sensitive skin, and now you pull it. For shaving, I'm also using EOS; this is the citrus pink, and it smells so delicious. After using the magic eraser, I couldn't shave for a while because my skin was in such bad shape. I'm so glad I didn't use that on some other areas of my skin.

Look at that! I love to shave when my skin is this exfoliated. Everything glides so smoothly. It's like beautiful. What else next? I'm going to remove the hair mask. Yeah, I hope everything gets okay. Wow, my hair feels incredible and so silky. For body wash, I'm going to go in with Aveeno Daily Moisturiser. This version does have a little bit of fragrance, and I'm going to wash with this African Net.

I got this because I saw it on Tech talk and I was like so curious about like how does it feel this thing is incredible the material dries out so fast which is really good because it's not gonna harvest bacteria if you have like a hard time  reaching your back you can just use this and like scrub your back like this it makes your body washes to last you because you don't need to add a lot of body wash for this thing to do this much louder finally I'm out of the shower I feel so accomplished already now that I don't have no armpit hair I'm about to shower I'm just going to show you real quick what I do what I'm gonna do next is to remove my facial hair and also plot some eyebrows massage time like April 11th says I'm losing my grip  

I don't know where my eyebrow scissors are, so I'm going to have to use my hair scissors, like myself. I still have a few more things to do. I wanted to do something for my hair, so I'm going to wait for it to get 80 percent dry. I also still need to do my nails, so I'm just going to put on some clothes, probably eat, and then I'll come back.

I ate some sushi and I crashed, and I also realised that I fell asleep with wet hair. I'm going to do my hair now, and I got these rollers. This is from Conair. Last time I did rollish on my hair, it was like a long time ago, and I remember taking them off and ripping my hair. Things are not going my way. I feel like it might happen. You're supposed to put this stuff here and then roll it, and this is when you curl secure. I'm down in the process too. Okay, it's so difficult to put rollers on such a long haired was supposed to be like this.

I should have done it before, right? Oh, okay, once I click this home, I'm ready to go out of earth. I'm going to connect this thing to the hair dryer. I'm going to turn it on. So I did that for like 10 minutes. In some moments, I was putting on some heat, and in other moments, I was putting on so much cold air. At the end, I put on some cool air. Now I'm just going to let them stay right here until I'm done so that my hair curls or whatever for my nails I'm going to try it on these reusable present nails. When I saw them at the store, I was like, "These are so pretty and perfect for summer." It drives me crazy to have uneven nail sizes. I just can't, so I'm going to trim them.

I ordered a very cute dress on Cider, but it didn't fit me, so I got the Fashion Nova dress. This is the dress that I wanted to wear; it's a very cute I'm also going to pair them with these really cute sandals, so I'm gonna put this on. Look how cute my nails match with the dress. Now let's take the rollers. Instead of pulling the roller, which is going to probably pull a lot of hair and rip up some hair, what you gotta do is twist the hair while you undo the waller, so it doesn't cause tension or like pull your hair. Oh wow, that is so true. Same old, same. I'm done with them. Yeah, there's no hair left in there as well.

I mean, I need to practise, obviously. I like the waviness that I got on my hair. I'm going to wear this limp plumper. I feel very pretty. I feel much better than yesterday. The only thing that I do regret is my hair. I feel like the rollers make my hair very puffy. My technique probably wasn't good, or the rollers are not for me. But it's okay.

I like to start in the back, and then I wrap about three times and press the wrap against my head to secure it in place. after this I'm going to take an old shirt and cover my whole hair with this to make sure everything is sealed and covered very well you can use a scarf or even a microfiber towel if you prefer with deep oiling you gotta cover the plastic wrap with some cloth material to create that trapped heat that we really need after we're done with all the wrapping the next secret of deep hair oiling is to let the oil stay minimum two hours maximum four hours on your hair the method deep oily uses is super effective in reducing time of absorption so you don't need to let the oil sit for 8 hours or even overnight for them to get absorbed fast trust me in just a couple of hours when you take this wrap off you're gonna barely have any oil residue on your scalp or your hair which is a good sign that the oil has been completely absorbed telling me there's something something went in in there and that is how you get all the nutrients from the oil to promote hair growth to treat hair loss and just in general to keep your hair soft and looking very healthy washing your hair after deep oiling it feels like you have a protective barrier on your hair when you enter the shower which is another secret of deep oiling it prevents swelling of the hair because the oil has penetrate the hair first so that when it has content with water there's not a lot of room for water to get absorbed and believe it or not this  prevents hair damage so in this step I just wash with sulphate free shampoo I take my time and I apply conditioner and finish with cold water, even though the oil is now in the hair. It's pretty simple to wash it off, and as someone with thin hair, I haven't had any oil residue afterwards. When my hair dries, it doesn't get puffy; it actually dries very nicely and faster. So after the shower, I'm just going to keep it simple, and I'm only going to apply a few drops of this hair serum to seal the cuticle.

I will suggest you to do the same okay what I'm going to do next is just to let  my hair to air dry and for that I have to do my 10 000 steps a day and I had to go for a walk now that will help to get my hair dry faster I'm gonna do that and then I will show you how my hair looks and the final result okay I know deep boiling takes time but the results are beautiful my hair feels so healthy very silky and extremely soft right after it got dry I can really see the oil benefits reflecting on my hair like it's backed on looking shiny bouncy and it has a  better volume which I love so much another secret of deep oiling is to do these oil treatments once or even twice a week but no more than that you want to be consistent every week with deep oil to promote hair growth and reduce hair loss but also need to allow your hair follicles to breathe to give them a break from oiling so that you can provide a balance in your routine to see the best results possible If you don't have a heated cap when you do your oiling routines and you always put your hair in a claw clip after you oil your hair, stop doing that and do this because this is exactly the way to increase your hair growth, maximise your oils, and get the best results possible. This is not my first time doing a deep oiling routine; I just didn't know it was called deep oiling.

Scalp health is going to be your priority when you're losing your hair in chunks. when a person goes through hair loss the seasons secreted from your scalp acts as a carrier for DHT which is the hormone that causes hair loss and if you let it sit for a very long time it can further aggravate your hair loss so when you wash your hair often you can actually decrease the amount of DHT that it can contribute to hair loss by decreasing the amount of oil on your scalp to be very honest I never liked the idea of washing my hair daily because it can be drying for the actual hair however I found washing your hair every three days is the perfect balance that ensures you removing harmful sea wound but at the same time the appearance of your hair won't get affected much by this constant wash  once you have it under control you can come back to your normal hair wash routine if you would like because it can definitely be more beneficial for some people to wash their hair less often but not so much for those with hair Fall problems.

You can eat one egg every other day to provide your scalp with these important vitamins, and for the rest of the day, you can have any type of protein you prefer, whether it's from meat or vegetables. I also enjoy drinking plant-based protein smoothies during the day, which makes it easy for me to keep up with the protein intake, plus these are super delicious to have. I know how difficult it is to stop fixating and stop thinking about your hair fall. 

My next hair loss tip is getting natural vitamin D. There's evidence that when you have a vitamin D deficiency, it can cause hair loss, other hair problems, and even depression. Vitamin D is important for your hair growth because it reduces inflammation and stimulates hair follicles to grow. In my opinion, the best way to get this important vitamin in your body is from sun exposure, so the way I do this is just by taking some time to walk around when the sun is not strong. Walking is literally a hair loss medicine as well. The more you do it, the more it's going to help you get rid of cortisol in your body. It's going to improve blood circulation and release happy hormones. walking for an hour daily also helps you to improve your mental health during this really rough times when I walk I like to be present I like to admire the colours around me the name nature I love taking deep breaths and I just practise to allow myself to enjoy this time without worrying about my problems and this simple act really makes a difference on how I feel for the rest of the day like I feel way more calm after hair loss is a very complicated topic is not triggered by one simple thing it could be triggered by so many things from stress it could be a thyroid problem it could be a PCOS problem it could be generic or you're applying something on your scalp that is irritating it could be so many things like I said if you can go to a doctor definitely do it get checked so it can help you to figure it out why are you losing hair The tips that I'm giving you are good practises to do when you're going through hair fall, and also, I just wanted to say that you are more than your hair; you are a beautiful, loving human being, and your hair doesn't define who you are; who you are as a person is what defines you.
